1INTRODUTION

ThisRFTdocumentisissuedtosubcontractthe[Minibuses,coastersbusesandbigbusesRentalService]fortheLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.

1.1ChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLimited–AbuDhabi(“CPP”)has,issuedthisRequestforTender(“RFT”)toselectedbidders(eacha“Bidder”)inordertoobtainbidsubmissionsinrelationtotheprojectdescribedinbriefinparagraph3belowandinmoredetailinthescopeofworksetoutinAppendix6tothisRFT(“ScopeofWork”)

1.2FollowingsubmissionoftheBids,CPPmayselectoneBiddertoenterintoalegalagreementwithCPPintheformsetoutinAttachment6tothisRFT(“Agreement”).TheAgreementshalldetailtheScopeofWork,thetermsandconditionsandagreedfeespursuanttowhichCPPmayengagetheselectedBidder(s)toperformallorpartoftheScopeofWork

3OVERVIEWOFTHEWORK

3.1CPPhasbeenawardedbyADNOCGasProcessing(AGP)theLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.TheProjectstartingfromLNGPre-conditioningPlantatHabshan5toHGCPwith56”newsuctionpipelineandanewhighpressure52”dischargepipelinefromNewHGCP(atKP-30,Habshanarea)toRLNGRuwais,withintheEmirateofAbuDhabi.ProjectscopeincludesEngineering,ProcurementConstructionofLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEtoenhancetheexistingfacilitiesofPipelineNetworktosupplyfuturepotentialconsumersatdesiredbatterylimitconditionsandcateringforfuturedemand.

3.2Scopeofthework:

TheBiddershallprovideminibuses,coasterbusesandlargebusesleasingservicesfortheEPCprojectundertakenbytheCompany.Thescopeofservicesincludes,butisnotlimitedto,theprovisionofVehicleasbelow,Iftheequipmentandvehiclesprovidedbythebiddercannotbeconsistentwiththoserequiredwithinthescopeofthetender,thebiddermayalsoprovideequipmentorvehiclesofhighertonnage,orequipmentandvehiclesofdifferentmodelswiththesamepower.Itisdividedintotwopackages.Package1isrentalservicesforminibusesandcoasterbuses,andPackage2isrentalservicesforlargebuses.Biddersmaybidandwinmultiplebids.

4SUBMISSIONOFBIDDINGDOCUMENTS

4.1BiddingdocumentsshallbecomposedofTWOparts,TechnicalProposalandCommercialProposal.

Ifthebidderhasanyobjectiontothetechnical,commercialrequirementsintheRequestforTenderdocuments,thebidderisrequestedtoclarifyinwritingtotheTendereewithin7daysofreceiptoftheRequestforTenderdocuments,andnoclarificationwillbeacceptedafterthedeadline.IfnoclarificationisprovidedtotheTenderee,itwillbedeemedthatthebiddercanmeetallthetechnicalandcommercialrequirements.TheTendereehastherighttorejectthedeviationitemspointedbyBidderandregardthebiddingdocumentsasunqualified.

4.2AcquisitionofRequestforTenderDocuments

4.3SubmissionofBiddingDocuments

TheCommercialproposalshallbesubmittedtobidprice@enlinkenergy.combefore9:00AM(AbuDhabiTime),21Oct,2025.TheCommercialProposalshallbeencrypted.Theencryptedpasswordshallbesenttotheemailboxseparately:password@enlinkenergy.com.

Toenhanceconfidentiality,thedeadlineforpasswordsubmissionis30minutesafterthedeadlinefordocumentsubmission.Itisrecommendedthatyouprovidethepasswordwithin30minutesafterthedocumentsubmissiondeadline(youmayusethe"scheduledsend"functionofyouremailtosetthetimefortheemailtobesent).

4.4ShouldtheBidderfailtosubmitbeforetheaforesaiddeadline,theProposalDocumentswillberejected.Thetimepresentedinthee-mailshallbeconsideredasthesubmissiontime.

4.5Beforethedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetocheckwhethertheproposalshavebeensuccessfullydeliveredtotheassignedemailaddressbysendingtheemailtotheundersign.

4.6Before3daysaheadofthedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetopostponethedeadlinefornomorethan7daysintotalincaseofpuzzles/difficultieshappeningtothevendorsforpreparingthebiddingdocuments.
